In the first project we will discuss about a 5th stage Compressor Blade with an axial root. You will be shown a real industrial blade Design drawing and you will learn how to understand the aerofoil and the root drawing and feed the data on to the CATIA V5 and then create the 3D model.

PROJECT-2

THIRD STAGE COMPRESSOR BLADE

Second project deals with 3rd stage Compressor Blade which has a complicated radial root. You will learn to study its Design drawing and thereafter create the 3D model.

PROJECT-3

SECOND STAGE TURBINE BLADE

In Third project you will know about the 2nd Stage Turbine blade. This is a most complicated blade both for Design drawing study and 3D modelling. This blade consists of a Firtree Root and a Shroud with labyrinth apart from the aerofoils to create the blade body. You will learn to easily understand solve the Design drawing and then convert it to 3D model.

PROJECT-4

FOURTH STAGE TURBINE BLADE

The Fourth project is based on the Drawing of a Turbine blade with cooling channels and holes. Basically, it is a hollow blade and hence has many details and a complicated Design drawing. You will learn to study this and then convert it to 3D model.

PROJECT-5

AXIAL COMPRESSOR -IMPELLER

The Fifth project gives a finishing touch by introducing you to an Impeller Design Drawing and its modelling process. This project gives you a clear picture on analyzing the impeller drawing consisting of multiple blades.
